Beer braised brawts

One of my favorite ” tail-gate” foods .. Reall easy to make really delicious. If your really crafty ., you can make your own sausages or if your a novice chef lol Johnsonville brawts will do the trick. Start off with browning your brawts on all sides , then start caramelizing your peppers and onions .. And then add in your beer of choice and let simmer for about 10-15 min .. And best if eaten on a potato roll with spicy Dijon mustard. Bonnnnnm appetittttttttttt!
